5. Usage Restriction Measures and Sanction Standards

(4) Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 3 of
this Article, the "company" may mitigate or increase
sanctions considering the circumstances at the time
of the "member’s” violation or its impact on the
service.
① In cases where a single violation corresponds to
multiple types of restricted use behaviors or when
two or more violations are simultaneously
identified, the "company" may impose cumulative
sanctions for each behavior.
② If the degree of violation of restricted use
behavior is severe (such as repeated violations or
cases where the negative impact on the "game"
environment or other "members" due to the violation
is significant), the "company" may impose sanctions
up to the maximum level.
(5) When implementing sanctions, regardless of
intent, the "company" may retrieve or adjust
benefits (items, EXP, etc.) obtained in relation to
the violation. For violations such as bug
exploitation or use of illegal programs where it is
difficult to calculate related benefits, the
"company" may reset the "game" usage information or
restrict the use of certain content and access
environment.
(6) Even in situations not listed in the sanction
criteria table, the "company" may apply sanctions
according to the severity of actions that violate
the "Terms of Use" and related laws.
(7) Separately from the sanctions specified in this
Article, the use of the "member’s” "account" may be
restricted for the period necessary to investigate
the facts and take measures regarding the restricted
use behavior.
6. Recovery Principles
(1) In cases where “game” data such as accounts
and items are lost or information is changed due to
the "company’s” fault or technical errors in the
"game" service, recovery is contingent upon the
company's verification of data integrity through
available records.
(2) "Members" must submit a recovery request to the
"company" through 1:1 inquiries within 7 days from
the date the problem occurred for recovery to be
possible.
(3) The recovery request mentioned in the previous
clause must be submitted directly by the "account"
holder whose "game" data was lost or changed.
Submissions by third parties are not allowed.
(4) The "company" may modify or change the content
of the "game" service through patches or updates
when necessary for operational, technical, or
balance reasons, and will notify such changes within
the game service before implementation. However, in
cases of bug and error fixes, urgent updates,
changes that are not significant, server equipment
defects, urgent security issues, or other
unavoidable circumstances, notification may be
provided after the fact. Recovery is limited for
modifications, changes, or deletions of "member"
game data resulting from these actions.
(5) Recovery is not possible in the following
cases:
① More than 7 days have passed since the problem
occurred
② When using a "Guest Account," if the "account" is
lost or reset due to loss, reset, or change of the
"Smart Device," or deletion of the game client or

impossible

resulting from the "member’s” careless management of
their "account" or allowing third-party use
⑥ Damages arising from issues between "members",
such as fraud, without company intervention

normal procedures and processes
⑧ When "account" usage is restricted based on the
sanction criteria specified in Article 5 of this
"User Guidelines"
